I reluctantly agreed but Mike at Monarch agreed to come see our project early as we only had 3 days to cancel. He came, gave as a much better price with better materials.  This East Haven Ct home owner reached out to us right after they signed a contract with a large high pressure sales roofing company. We came out to see how we could help. They had an attic full of mold (which is not uncommon today). The entire roof deck needed new plywood. The large company and Monarch agreed there. What the large roofing company didn’t offer was how to be sure this situation wouldn’t happen again!  With proper eave to ridge attic ventilation installed the customer could be assured their new roof deck, and roof were  good for a lifetime! And the icing on the cake? Our price was half (yes half!) of the large roofing company’s roof replacement quote. Same products, better solutions, half the price! They quickly canceled their contract with the other guys and went with the crown!
