What you get: A Full Roof Inspection of the roof with pictures and write up of their findings. If the roof is walkable the inspector will walk the roof and take pictures and note findings, if not a drone inspection will be done with images and/or video of their findings.
What is a full roof inspection? Our Inspector will evaluate each of the following and provide a detailed report of their findings:
Attic ventilation, visible roof leaks or interior water stains, layers of the roof, condition of the shingles, condition of the roof decking. Roofing vents, proper installation of shingles, roof penetrations and skylights, chimney, gutters and roof flashings.
There will be no sales pitch. We can provide an estimate free of charge if there is any work that needs to be done. If you decide to hire Monarch Roofing after for your roofing needs, we will credit the cost of the Inspection from the final job cost.
If you are looking at purchasing the property, we will need the current homeowner to sign a waiver that we can be on the property and do this inspection.
